Daniel Smeds no longer Managing Director at PAY.ON GmbH / Robert Kuzelj grateful for outstanding commitment in incubation period

München - Effective July 1, 2007, Daniel Smeds (36) has resigned as Managing Director of PAY.ON GmbH.

As PAY.ON's Managing Director Robert Kuzelj notes, "As co-founder Mr. Smeds has been with PAY.ON since March 2004. Since then Mr. Smeds has made a substantial and valuable contribution to establishing the company’s business and laying the foundation for its future success. He has been instrumental in leading PAY.ON's strategic direction, particularly the Company's initiatives for domestic payments. We extend to Daniel Smeds our sincerest thanks for his outstanding commitment during the incubation period of the company - a phase in which leadership has to meet enormous challenges."

Robert Kuzelj will take over his responsibilities authorized with the power of sole representation.
